Whether you are selling your home or considering a new one, Brad Zimmerman’s lifelong involvement in the community and real estate business makes him an excellent resource. In addition to his deep ties to the community, Brad has experience that can only come from having grown up in the residential real estate business. After attending Guilford High School and then later the University of Iowa, Brad began his lucrative real estate career.

In his more than 25 years in the business, Brad has been responsible for the sale of more than 600 homes valued at more than $100M and built more than 150 custom residences valued at more than $60M. He has also built and managed over 25 home additions and remodels with a total value of over $2M. Brad is more than just an excellent resource for buyers and sellers of homes. Brad has also developed and managed five major residential subdivisions, including land acquisition, subdivision platting, infrastructure installation, and marketing. In addition, he has experience managing, marketing, and maintaining rental properties in Marco Island, FL and Green Lake, WI.
